1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the JD & Co. Barbershop website and the services you book with us. By booking or attending an appointment, you accept these terms.
2. Bookings
Appointments are made through our Booksy page. Availability, prices and services listed are indicative — the final quote may vary based on hair length, style complexity, or additional services requested at the chair.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
If you can't attend an appointment, please cancel or reschedule via Booksy at least 12 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings, or booking privileges being suspended.
4. Lateness
Please arrive on time. If you're more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to protect the following clients' appointments.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in-shop at the end of the service. We accept cash and card. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
6. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or end service for any behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unsafe for our team or clients.
7. Children
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult throughout their appointment.
8. Photography
We may occasionally take photos of finished cuts for our portfolio or social media. Let your barber know before your appointment if you'd rather not be photographed.
9. Liability
Please inform your barber of any allergies, skin conditions or scalp sensitivities before service. JD & Co. is not liable for reactions or damages arising from information that was not disclosed.
